phone calling feature for mobile app

I am really new to this platform and this forum so please excuse my lack of knowledge and terminology. We have just started using Shulsuite and have the mobile app on our phones. The application allows a user to find detail data on a member but will not call the phone number listed. A box comes up with a "call" or "cancel" button but the box for the actual phone number is blank. This seems like a really basic feature that is missing. Is there any chance of getting this added to the application or is there any way that we could do a "make it happen" campaign?
