Question Regarding Personal Campaign Page feature

I have been spending some time trying to work around this and I am sure it is something simple.

I am attempting to set up Personal Campaign Pages and have the feature working. The problem that I am running into is the URL shared by the user. When logged in, the user can see their dashboard.  There is a line (when logged in) that says:
» URL for this Page    Copy this link to share directly with your network!

The problem I am running into there is no link displayed.  If the user clicks or otherwise obtains the "URL for this Page",  the person has to be logged in in order to see the campaign.  The ONLY way right now the user can obtain the correct URL that doesn't require a log-in is to use the e-mail feature and then use the URL included in the e-mail.

What is I am missing?

I haven't used PCPs so can't answer. But had a look on the drupal demo, there is a PCP page there http://d45.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/pcp/info?action=update&reset=1&id=1&context=dashboard

which relates to the Contribution page at

http://d45.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?id=1&pcpId=1&reset=1

which you can get to logged out.

not sure if that helps join the dots in your case.
