FIXED - amp test fails

I thought I installed buildkit successfully.  I thought I did what I was meant to for amp config.

However I am getting a 403 error, so something isn't right.  The complete info is below.

I am not a developer, just a wannabe, so I really have no idea how to fix this. Suggestions would be appreciated,

Did you try alternating between "amp test" and restarting Apache? (Restarting Apache is generally "apache2ctl restart" or "apachectl restart" or "/etc/init.d/apache2 restart"... it depends on the Linux distro.)

Have run amp config, amp test and restarted the server (using sudo service apache2 restart) numerous times

But tried again anyway and this time it worked.  :-[   (Perhaps my inclination was to assume I had done something wrong during amp config and I always reran that also, not just amp test?  After about 20 reruns/restarts I can't remember the exact combinations.)
