First off, sorry if this isn't the correct location for this request, but it looked like the best place.

What do I list for the country for an address in Simferopal, Crimea, Ukraine?  I'm using the English language, but have all countries and states/provinces available for addresses in Administer->Settings->Localization.

Sorry again.  I'm thinking too hard.  I need to know what State/Province it should be listed as, as it doesn't show up under the countries of Ukraine or Russian Federation.
