Setting up a new site using 4.5.8. The membership receipt that gets emailed includes what I assume to be the transaction date and time, presented in a section of the receipt under the heading "Membership Fee".

The line, for a receipt issued at about 07.30 GMT today reads:
"Date 3rd, 2015, 12.00PM"

Digging in the template called "Memberships - Receipt (on-line)", which I assume to be the correct one, I think this is generated from the line:
{ts}Date{/ts}: {$receive_date|crmDate}
Whether the Smarty code here is incorrect I'm not sure, maybe there's a deeper problem, but the date and time are clearly incorrect.

Any ideas how I might fix this?
