Where did that French language come from?

I'm putting together a new implementation using 4.5.8.

CivicRm has been localised to UK English.

Tweaking the Message Templates I note that in the template edit screen - it appears to be the same for all templates - the field label that I would expect to read as "Name of Template" or perhaps "Template Title" is actually referred to as "Titre du message", and the "Message Subject Line" field is instead labelled as "Sujet du message".

Clearly some confusion going on there in the localisation files. I wonder what a localised French site looks like?

I also noticed that in 4.4.12 install, some foreign language popup message was coming up. After clearing the cache and saving the localisation page it disappeared, didn't notice it since then.

EDIT: Actually its happening again specially when I edit Navigation menu.
