Which  report do you want to hide the email from? If you know which report you want to hide it from you can probably uncheck the email field on the report template?

Hi,

For example I need to hide email ids from Mail Bounce Report. In this report I can't uncheck email ids. its showing by default. Is there any way to hide this using custom coding or editing template files ?

Thanks,
Ashwin KS

Yes there is. But it might be simpler to use another report? I can not picture the use of a mail bounce report without an emailaddress  ???
The instruction on changing a template can be found here:

Hope that helps you to get to the next step?

Hi,

Thanks Eric.

In my installation some restricted ACLs are there. user 1 can view the Mailer report of user 2 with their name and email ids it not suppose to be happen, user 1 have no permission to view or edit this contacts but in CiviMailer report the contact name and email address are displaying and he can also export this report. To avoid this situation I need to hide at-least email ids from report.

Thanks,
Ashwin KS
