CiviMobile Editing Issue

Hi all,
Using CiviMobile/Contacts, I can see the contact information when using a mobile device, however, when I choose "edit" all of the fields disappear except the first name and even that is not editable.  This is happening in multiple client environments. 

I am using the extension named "com.webaccessglobal.module.civimobile" version 1.0, running with CiviCRM version 4.4.7.

Has anyone experienced this issue?  Thanks, in advance, for your help.
