high bounce rate

Just recently i have been having very high bounce rate when sending out bulk mails.

When i send mailing , i get a bounce rate of about 50% with identical bounce reason, but adding the bounce emails to a group and resending again i get no bounces .

Bounce reason
Failed to add recipient: example@example.com [SMTP: Invalid response code received from SMTP server while sending email. This is often caused by a misconfiguration in Outbound Email settings. Please verify the settings at Administer

Log errors
Ignoring exception thrown by nullHandler: 10005, Failed to add recipient: example@example.com [SMTP: Invalid response code received from SMTP server while sending email.  This is often caused by a misconfiguration in Outbound Email settings. Please verify the settings at Administer CiviCRM >> Global Settings >> Outbound Email (SMTP). (code: 450, response: 4.7.1 <example@example.com>: Recipient address rejected: Exceeded send limit)]

My settings have not changed, and i don't understand why resending to the same group that bounced goes through with 0% bounce rate.

Any ideas?

I think the clue is in the phrase "Exceeded send limit" ... Your SMTP provider is limiting the rate that you can send mails out. 

The first ones get sent (about half your list), then you hit the limit and the rest fail. 
Then you resend the failed ones (the other half of your list), and they work since presumably the rate limiting has reset.

So you need to know from your SMTP provider what limits they are imposing.  Is it measured per hour, per day or some other time period?
Then use those to configure throttling under Administer >> CiviMail >> Mailer Settings

I will try to double check with my SMTP provider because it was initially limited to 2000per day and the limit was later removed but i was sending to less than 1000contacts. my throttle email delivery settings is 1250
