Bug: Manage Events page date field sorting fail in languages others than English

Start Date sorting is OK using CiviCRM in English:

en/civicrm/event/manage?reset=1

But not in Catalan or Spanish:

ca/civicrm/event/manage?reset=1
es/civicrm/event/manage?reset=1

where seems events are sorted by year (that's OK), then by ALPHABETICAL month, and finally by day (it's OK again).

It seems month localization has crashed sorting.
