Cookies. We can't load the requested web page

My petition started to show error messages after trying to sign:

Petition:

Error Message on the screen (in a yellow tab):

Any hints what could be wrong?
I have cookies allowed and the urls match.

Seems that it works randomly from time to time, but most of the time it doesn`t.
Thanks for any hints how to solve this problem!

Solved: the google doc embed plugin (for pdfs, ectc. ) was causing the problem.
