Error Message

When I add a new "case type" as administrator, I am receiving an error message below.  But, upon departing the "add new case type" area, the case type I just created does appear.  What concerns me is whether this is a false alarm or whether there is an issue that will manifest itself later with incorrect permissions, case/user linking, etc.

How do I investigate this further... is there an error log?   Thx

In another thread I discussed this error.

The pertinent info from that thread is:
Quote
Secondly, I discovered that when I create a new case type, the roles section automatically has Case Coordinator added.  I don't see that role defined in the relationship types set up at civicrm/admin/reltype?reset=1.  Is there a way to set the new case type to open with no roles defined?

If I don't delete that role from the new case type, I get an error on saving.
