"Page not found" error

I can successfully open the installation page on my site for CiviCRM as shown in "1.png".

However when I click "Check Requirements and Install CiviCRM", I get to page shown in "2.png" which says "The requested page "/sites/all/modules/civicrm/install/index.php" could not be found."

My Drupal version is 7.36 and CiviCRM version is 4.6.0. What is going wrong?

Anxiously looking for help.

We really need a solution to this installation error, and I am offering to PayPal US$30 to the first person who solves this error to ahsan's satisfaction.

The issue has been resolved. I am withdrawing my offer of $30, that has already been given to the person who resolved the error. Thank you.

yes, sorry. Ahsan told me to the effect that the server was not allowing executable scripts. So, the web host switched his server and it works now.
