Golf Price Set

Using WP 4.1.1 and Civi 4.5.8

Is it possible to setup a price set where the registrant will choose(Select) either $100(Single golfer) or $320(Foursome) for a golf outing and if they choose the Foursome the system will ask for the additional golfer's information but not charge them during the additional profile data entry part?   (I think I'm asking this correctly?)  THANKS. :)

You will probably need to do some customization to do all of that. You can certainly do the price set stuff, but automatically not charge and ask for the additional information is probably not completely covered. But have a play and let us know :-)
