Bug with built-in organization after upgrade to 4.6?
April 09, 2015, 01:31:21 pm
First question. Is the local organization that we set for Civi (Admin>communications>org address) supposed to be visible as a contact, and linkable via relationship? For example, I can add a contact as an employee of the local organization. I checked on the demo sites and I do not see the local organization (demonstrator's anonymous) as an organization when I attempt to add a contact as an employee.

Anyways, I ask this because I CAN see my organization and attempt to add a contact as an employee. This worked fine in 4.5, but now it breaks any edits to a contact in 4.6 that has the local organization set as their employer.

I'm guessing that the local organization is not supposed to be linkable. If not, how can I fix it so that ours does not show?

Thanks!
