CiviMail 4.6 - Incorrect estimate recipients

I just noticed that when I create a new mailing and add the group that I need, the estimate recipients shows a lower amount of them. I send a monthly email to a group of 765 recipients, but when I create the mailing and type in the group, the estimate recipients says that there are only 570 recipients.

I've checked different groups and with all of them the estimate value is incorrect and much lower.

Any clues on this?

Is it possible that duplicate emails are being removed?

There are several circumstances in which a contact might be omitted from the recipients list (eg they don't have an email address on file, or a past email bounced, or they opted out).

A useful exercise -- navigate to "Contacts => Manage groups => (example group) => Contacts". You should see that some of the contacts are missing emails or have 'stop' signs on the emails.

Thank you for your kind response.

I investigate a bit more, and it seems to be related to this:  https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-16277

I already doubled check the opt-outs, but that's not the issue, it is a corporate group, so the recipients expect that email, it's not a newsletter or a marketing email.

I'm going to apply the the patch mentioned in the link above and see how it goes.
