Activity Report Custom Field
April 13, 2015, 07:48:53 am
Hi there,
in the screenshot you see an activities report for local netsquared groups. There is the custom filed of Number of attendees.
We created an activity for an organization's monthly meetings that are locally organized and we only need to track the number of people attending.
Now we would like to have a report for all activities of a month/year with a total of the number of attendees.

On the screenshot you see how far we got. Anyway to have a total # attendees at the end?
It would be great to also be able to have a larger date range and group by month or compare previous years...

Birgit

That is all possible, but you have to get to know your way around the Core_Report_Form class and all of its methods. I assume you have checked the basic documentation page http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/CiviReport+Reference? I would certainly recommend getting some guidance from an experienced CiviCRM developer for a day, if that is possible, or attend a developer training if those are organised in your region?
