Strange menu behaviour after upgrade to 4.6 (and further to 4.6.2) - Joomla

Hello,

After upgrading CiviCRM to 4.6 I cannot access CiviMAIL -> New mailing. After clicking that, the menu is messed, there is no content on page, and I cannot click anything, just press 'back' button in browser. Strange, it happens not only in mailings, but also in A/B tests... I thing everywhere, where in url there is a sign '#'. Anyone can help? I attach screenshot.

I went through all points from the link you provided, and checked all I could. Unfortunately with no success. I have no additional Civicrm plugins, no files have been modified. Below I paste the error messages from my browser console (F12, Mozilla Firefox):
