I installed Wordpress 4.1 and then CiviCRM 4.6.2 and these errors appeared in the admin.
I need the help of friends.

That's a curious error report... because when I look at line 345 of WordPress.php in my copy of CiviCRM 4.6.2, it is an empty line. You should probably begin by looking at your copy of CiviCRM and figure out why it doesn't match the code in a fresh download of 4.6.2.

I climbed a new wordpress.php file to the server and the error now appears on line 386.

The same error? If so, it looks like some WordPress constants are missing.

I have this error in version 4.6.2 to open the wordpress admin. Will not seem to find the solution.

Unfortunately there's not much I can suggest - there's just not enough information to assess what might be going on. I'd suggest you get a developer to look at your install. Sorry I can't be of more help.
