Menu issue after upgrade to 4.6.2

I upgraded from CiviCRM 4.5.8 to 4.6.2 and now have an issue where the CiviCRM menu does not show up. I use Admin Menu, but when disabled the problem does not go away. The CiviCRM menu does not appear at all (remains the admin menu for Drupal), BUT if I scroll slightly a garbled version appears on the far top left (see screenshot attached). I have enabled all debugging for Civi, but no issues are getting logged.

(Drupal 7.36, standard install without any custom code, shared server at HostGator)

Have you tried clearing your drupal cache?

Yes, and the CiviCRM menu cache as well.
