CiviGrant Application History on User Dashboard

I am setting up CiviGrant. We are using it for our members to apply for grants. I would like for them to be able to check the status of their application on their user dashboard. Is there a way to add that to that template? I see that it calls up

I get lost down the rabbit hole after that though. Any help would be appreciated.

Try installing the Grant Applications extension - this should provide what you are looking for (and more).

I have that installed already. It is just an application. I didn't see a way for the users to see the application status. Am I missing something?
