I did a drush registry rebuild and noticed some errors:
5 files were declared in a module's .info, but could not be found. This is probably indicative of a bug. The missing files [warning]
are sites/all/modules/civicrm/drupal/modules/views/civicrm/civicrm_handler_field_event_price_set.inc,
sites/all/modules/civicrm/drupal/modules/views/civicrm/civicrm_handler_field_prefix.inc,
sites/all/modules/civicrm/drupal/modules/views/civicrm/civicrm_handler_field_suffix.inc,
sites/all/modules/civicrm/drupal/modules/views/civicrm/civicrm_handler_filter_prefix.inc,
sites/all/modules/civicrm/drupal/modules/views/civicrm/civicrm_handler_filter_suffix.inc.

I couldn't find the inc files and they are in the .info so it looks like a problem but I couldn't find anyone else complaining. 

I usually post to forum before hitting jira but not sure if this is the best place now since drupal board is closed.
