Hi,

I am a new user to CiviCRM and have been pleased with it over the past couple months. I just sent my first mailing list to a printer who will do a mass mailing for me. He sent me back NCOA information with invalid addresses and updated addresses from people moving locations.

I decided to try to delete the invalid addresses from the CSV file, bulk import into CiviCRM to try to get it to wipe the addresses on the database. I told it to dedup on the import, updating with new information. I do not want to mark them "Do not mail" since I would worry that if the customer contacts me with a new address, the "Do not mail" option would not be turned off. After the import, I found that it did not remove any of the addresses.

So I tried to bulk update via profile and it won't do it to remove addresses--I have to at least put in a substitute address.

Is there any way for me to get this done?
