Anyone Know Anything About CiviDesk?

We're considering a move from another CRM to Civi and looking for a combination of
1.  Expertise in getting it set up
2.  Support for our Administrative Services Contractor
3.  Handling backups, etc.

CiviDesk claims most of their hosting fee is for support.
I know I don't have time to set this up and I don't want our Contractor to set it up -- they want a significant setup fee, and their monthly fee is higher than most, but if it really gets it done, it isn't any more expensive that the alternatives that we've looked at and cheaper than most of them.

.So anyone know if they are worth it?
Any idea how good their support is or isn't?

You can ask us for customer references and we will gladly have some of our actual  customers talk with you. Unfortunately for you none of our customers are using this forum since expert advice is just a phone call or email away for them ...
