how to make management dashboard default home page for admin?

Once the admin logs in, how do I make the "CiviCRM Home" be the first page they see after logging in?

This is a Drupal issue. I did a quick search on "drupal login redirect" and found info about several Drupal modules that do this including Front Page, Login Toboggan and Login Destination.

Many thanks again Dave.  I am gathering I need to learn more about drupal and concentrate less on civicrm to get it up and running.
