adding tags to inbound emails
July 09, 2015, 02:26:32 am
Inbound email activities are not editable to protect the autid trail - All good, but would it be possible to begin allowing the activity to be tagged?
Tagging the emails will make the activity-to-email feature much more useful in the future, as it will enable a way for the emails to be organised.

This seems like a useful addition (would probably want to enable this for both inbound and outbound emails). If your organization is interested in sponsoring this work, please submit a request here: https://civicrm.org/paid-issue-queue
