installing drupal - 500 internal server error

when i first install drupal in the root directory - install.php doesnt come up, instead a 500 internal server error does.


Error log:

[Mon Jun 16 05:19:37 2008] [notice] mod_fcgid: call /home/gilbertb/public_html/es/index.php with wrapper /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/php5
[Mon Jun 16 05:19:34 2008] [error] [client 70.137.128.6] client denied by server configuration: /home/gilbertb/public_html/.htaccess

What does this mean??? I'm currently awaiting assistance with my hosting.. but i figured id post it on here and see if i get a faster response.

This means that there’s something in your /home/gilbertb/public_html/.htaccess file that denies acess from your IP (70.137.128.6). Getting in contact with your hosting is the right thing to do. :)
