I need some help! I'll give you an example of what I am trying to do:

100 Contacts
3 Groups of Contacts;
Group 1 (HR Manager): Has access to a All Custom Fields in the organization
Group 2 (Operatios Manager) I want this group to be able to see or access All Custom Data Fields from contacts in group 3, but also I want this group to access the rest of the people in the organization but not to see the custom data fields from the poeple that don't belong to this group.
Group 3 (Employees under the supervision of the Operations Manager) Each Employee shoulb be able to see ONLY their own personal custom data fields.

I tried to create the folowing ACL Rules (But it didn't work):
* Staff members don't have access to all custom data.
* Create an ACL role called: Operations Manager - Access all Custom fields from people in his deparment
* Assigned ACL role to Group 2 (Operations Mananger)
* Created New ACL -  A set of custom data fields to the role I created and assigned to the Operations Manager.

So what's happening is that when I create this rule instead of just allow the operations Manager to access all custom data fields from people in his deparment is alllow him to see everyone's custom data fields.
