import greetings of email and letter

hello
as I didn t find any topic about this in this forum I opened a new topic.

i tried to import the greeting of email and letter for individuals. there orccured an error saying use the right greeting format.
Do you have an idea how to set the format correctly to import the email and letter greetings?
I have german greetings as "sehr geehrter Herr" und "sehr geehrte Frau".
