missing admin menu in joomla

after the change extensions path for install extension civi booking in joomla the image and menu administer ( with the navigation bar) are missing. how do I restore all I have to edit the configuration file manually ? help me !!! In attachment picture of screen a picture of what it looks like the component side admin.
