Importing contributions

Some suggestions for making importing contributions a little easier:
  • Ability to designate certain Civi fields as static for the entire import. For instance, I download a csv of the month's transactions from PayPal, and I want to mark every imported contribution with Payment Instrument-->PayPal and Financial Type-->Donation. It would be nice to not have to edit the csv file to import those required fields.
  • Some processors (specifically PayPal) export the Fee Amount as a negative. Civi expects it as a positive. Could there be an option to run an absolute value (or multiply by -1) operation on a value as it imports?
