Wordpress Search results

Civicrm newb here!

I just moved a site from joomla to wordpress and I'm seeing that, in wordpress, I can't search on someone's full name. For example, I can search "bill" and get the bills. I can search "smith" and get all the smiths BUT if I search "bill smith", I get no search results.

I have verified that in Joomla I can search on a full name.

I have set all the "search preferences" to the same settings.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks-

Can you check this on the public demos? They should all work the same.

Thank you, Hershel.

I was able to duplicate that issue there in the demo. I wonder why you get no results on a first and last name search?
