Hello there,

Create New > Indivudual, When I log in to the part I get the Following error. How to solve the problems.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/assisttekno/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/CRM/Contact/Form/Edit/TagsAndGroups.php on line 203

Just upgrade to the latest version of CiviCRM and it will probably go away.

Try asking your question on the new CiviCRM help site.
