Need help fixing CiviMail error with large recipient lists.

Error message is displayed when clicking on "Estimating" next to recipients line ("estimating" never becomes number of recipients) or attempting to send a test email while this estimation is running. No additional debugging information offered by CiviCRM. Using version 4.6.9.

Error message text: "Error in call to MailingJob_create : DB Constraint Violation - possibly mailing_id should possibly be marked as mandatory for this API. If so, please raise a bug report"

Cause: Large email universe, approximately 5000+
