Good evening, I m French, my English is not good

I installed WodPress 4.4.1. I installed to CIVI 4.7 + l10n + files sql, I create the file "files", I gave the right 777 to this file and to the file “civicrm”.

I verify that I have this files :
plugins/civicrm/l10n/fr_FR/LC_MESSAGES/civicrm.mo
plugins/civicrm/sql/civicrm_data_fr_FR.mysql

I activated the plugin and I am to go on the installeur civi, I have well all the languages in the list of choice.
When I chosen french (France) in "Language of basic data:", the page run and it returns automatically to the choice English.
In CiviCRM Database Settings, idem with the name of the database which corresponds to Wordpress’ database. If I put the name of the one that I create (as recommended), it returns on the first name.

If I make the install with this choices (English), I can then put the interface in French, but every lists of choice are in the language of installation (English)
My WP have no plugin, Do  you know the problem’s reason ?
