Hi I am new to civicrm and would like to add extra fields in existing Civicrm activity search form and use that as full text search. Please need advice

If you haven't already I suggest you download CiviCRM buildkit: https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-buildkit
Use this to set up a a development environment for CiviCRM. In the sample drupal-clean site that buildkit will create for you there is a sample CiviCRM extension that provides the Activities Search as an extension. This seems like it would make the best base for your project.
