CiviCase: More Flexible, Automatic Workflows
March 04, 2016, 07:48:12 pm
Hi, I am Shubham Singhal, fourth year undergraduate student from IIT Bombay. I am looking forward to getting involved in the project on CiviCase: More Flexible, Automatic Workflows. I am really excited to contribute to CiviCRM and the open source community by working on this project as almost all of the case management systems like MyCase and Cilo are paid.

I looked up what exactly is CiviCase and how it works. I pretty much understood that currently it lacks intelligent automation which can be tiring in case of heavy case load and improving it is the main motive of this project. I got the feel of the idea but still struggling with the specifics. As it says we have to allow conditional steps and complete templates  in order to improve its working, I would like to know the specifics in detail on how to approach these problems.
