Hi CiviCRM lovers!

According to my "question" on StackOverflow Event registration with participant approval: missing e-mail notification when rejected I have the following feature request:

Allow users to send notification when status is set to "rejected", when the checkbox "send notification" is set. The e-mail should contain some information about the event (like in the registration confirmation e-mail) and an individual text message. The latter should also be available for all status, where I can "send notification" (like "Pending from waitlist" or "Pending from approval").

This would realy improve the participant approvel workflow. Currently it's a bit cumbersome to notify the rejected person afterwards via direct e-mail.
