reporting on importing contributions as updates
June 13, 2016, 08:22:27 am
When importing contributions as updates to existing contributions, the completion message provides this information:

Total Rows

16

Total rows (contribution records) in uploaded file.

Invalid Rows (skipped)

2

Rows with invalid data in one or more fields. These rows have been skipped (not imported). Download Errors

Records Imported

0

Total number of rows imported successfully.
But does not indicate any rows are updated, even though in this case, 14 transactions were properly updated. It would be nice to have a confirmation to that effect. The "0 Total number of rows imported successfully" is kind of confusing without also an indication that x number of updates were successful.
