Fixed error on upgrade from 1.9 to 2.0.4

We have a failed upgrade from 1.9 to 2.0.4 on drupal, but no backup so the tables are partially updated and now showing errors.

I've made a post at:

If you can either get us back to the 1.9 or take us back to 2.0.4, that would be great.
