How to remove all references to CiviCRM from WordPress
September 26, 2016, 02:39:06 pm
I had installed and configured CiviCRM for WordPress a couple of years ago and then decided not to use it, so uninstalled it. Now I was using the User Role plugin to create a new role and noticed that there were a number of access rights listing CiviCRM access rights.

I'd like to remove all references and lingering elements for CiviCRM. So I searched the files on the server via FTP (which only gives me folder/files names) and removed a "files" directory in the plugins folder. I also ran WPDBSpringClean and removed any lingering tables, plus searched the database, but did not find any references.

Yet there are still a number of CiviCRM specific rights listed in User Role Editor. Any ideas on how I can identify all of the CiviCRM access rights and then remove them?

Thanks
