Adding contacts to Drupal groups (OG)

I have created a rule to automatically create Drupal users from contacts. Now I would like to add these contacts to a Drupal OG based on a field or relationship (e.g. Household) in CiviCRM. I think Rules and CiviCRM Entity should be able to support this, but I have not figured out yet how. Anyone able to help?
