State options for Estonia

One of my organization's donors who is from Estonia reported that the drop-down choices for Estonian states are spelled incorrectly. She provided the following corrected spellings:

Harjumaa
Ida-Virumaa
Tartumaa
Pärnumaa
Lääne-Virumaa
Viljandimaa
Raplamaa
Võrumaa
Saaremaa
Jõgevamaa
Järvamaa
Valgamaa
Põlvamaa
Läänemaa
Hiiumaa
