Hi all, i'm helping a new non-profit organization setting up their donation system but i have limited experience with payment processors and CiviCRM

We have looked at using stripe because of their low fees per payment, but i can see that it is not one of the payment processors that is integrated into the CiviCRM core (there is however an extension for stripe)

What payment processor would you recommend that we use for our organization which takes small and recurring donations? Is stripe best or is there another alternative that works better in our case?
