Relative Date Filters missing

I did a fresh installation of Civi 4.7.14 with Drupal 7 a few days ago. I have realised today that for some reason all the relative date filers are missing. I've been able to add the one I need manually at civicrm/admin/options which is good, but it would be very time consuming to do this for all of them.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Note that not many Civi users visit the forums these days. I recommend asking your questions over at http://civicrm.stackexchange.com/
