Civimail User Check : it appears that the proxy URL that you gave is invalid
June 21, 2008, 10:04:43 am
When I try to test my settings with a new account, I get this error:
Civimail User Check : it appears that the proxy URL that you gave is invalid

I have created a Drupal user, and can sign in with it with the same password provided to CiviSMTP for the SOAP user, and I have verified that it has a matching CiviCRM contact. When I go to the Soap Proxy URL, http://pridetoronto.net/sites/all/modules/civicrm/extern/soap.php, I don't get an error, so I think the permissions are fine.

My SMTP authorization checks out fine at present. I'm currently reluctant to move on to changing SMTP settings on this live site that is sending emails out (just not via CiviMail) until I resolve this SOAP issue. Or can I set up a separate subdomain, civimail.pridetoronto.net, to be used exclusively for this?
