Since upgrading from 2.0.2 to 2.0.4, links in mass emails do not work

Hi,
   One of our users reported the following issue yesterday and I am wondering if anyone has any clues about what might be wrong.

"The CiviMail component of CiviCRM has a major problem, encountered only now (and subsequent to the recent upgrade). Links in mass emails will not work, instead taking the browser to a web page with the message:
“Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/local/lib/civicrm/2.0.4/settings_location.php:5) in /usr/local/lib/civicrm/2.0.4/CRM/Utils/System.php on line 293”"

   The problem was that the settings_location.php file had an extra line break after the closing 'php>' tag that would render like an echo statement adding a blank line to whatever called it. Deleting that line break resolved the issue.

To side-step such issues in the future, a good practice is to actually omit the closing ?> PHP tag; it’s not needed, and if it’s not present, you can be sure nothing is emitted to the output ‘after’ it.
