Admin Screen Not Visible?

We moved servers last weekend - straight copy. 

Everything seems to be working normally - however when I go to civicrm/admin now I don't see anything.  Its not a 404, there are no errors in the apache logs. 

Makes me thing there is some folder setting that civicrm/admin needs access to in order for the page to load? 

Attached is a screenshot of what we're seeing.  We're able to get to all the other component pages, setup new events, its live and taking registrations...

Thank you for any insights.

Check Resource URLs
<yoursite.com>/civicrm/admin/setting/url?reset=1

and Site directories
<yoursite.com>/civicrm/admin/setting/path?reset=1

Make sure both are set correctly to your new server. Your resource urls are probably not accurate since the move.

Thank you for the suggestion - couldn't hit those URLs but got me in the right direction. 

the files/civicrm... path didn't have write permissions on some of the deeper folders - made it all writeable, and am seeing the admin section again.
