Where are global settings stored?
I'm moving a site to a new server. Most of CiviCRM is up and running correctly (settings files were manually updated), but I can't get to the global settings page. It gives me the sidebar menu but the rest of the page is blank. I'd like to manually update the global settings to see if that fixes things.

Nevermind. Found that they're stored in the civicrm_domain table. But that wasn't the issue. Post transfer, I forgot to delete the page cache direction (templates_c), and the page was getting messed up as a result.
