Need help on Creating CiviCRM Module

Hi Guys

I am new to the CiviCRM and I cannot understand its structure I know its using the Smraty template Structure

Can anybody help me on this. I need the Hierarchy how to implement a tpl and attach it with the file I have created in backend code for processing.
